How many children can one babysitter care for?

Your children’s safety is our top priority. Each babysitter cares for a maximum of two children. For families with two children under the age of 3, a second babysitter is required to ensure the highest level of attention, care, and safety.

Can you share a babysitter with another family?

Yes, sharing a babysitter is possible. A liability waiver must be completed by each family, and the maximum of two children per babysitter still applies.

What experience do you have?

I have over 20 years of experience caring for children and supporting families on vacation.

Are you certified in first aid and CPR?

Yes, I am certified in first aid and CPR. Your child’s safety and well-being are always my top priorities.

Do you provide care at hotels or vacation rentals?

Yes, I primarily provide services in exclusive resorts and private residences. I work as an independent contractor with select luxury hotels and properties. Please contact me directly to confirm availability at your hotel or vacation rental.

Do you do water activities with the children?

Absolutely! Pool time is fun, for safety reasons we do not enter the ocean with children.

Can you go outside of the resort or vacation rental property with the children?

Your child’s safety is always my top priority. All services are provided within the resort or private villa property. For safety and liability reasons, we do not accompany children and parents outside of these locations.

How do I book your services?

You can book through my website or contact me directly via email or WhatsApp to check availability and confirm your booking. For certain resorts where I am an approved provider, bookings must be made through the concierge. Please reach out to confirm the process for your location.

How far in advance should I book?

Please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation. I recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy travel seasons, to ensure availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that plans can change. I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. I will always do my best to accommodate changes when possible. During busy travel season we require at least 48 hours cancellation notice to allow availability for other families.

Is there a minimum booking time?

Yes, a minimum of 3 hours per booking applies. Once the babysitter has arrived at your location, a minimum charge of 3 hours will apply. If you choose to dismiss the babysitter earlier, the full 3-hour fee will still apply. Breaks in service of up to 2 hours can be accommodated upon request.

What happens in unforeseen situations?

In rare cases where circumstances outside of my control arise, I will inform you as soon as possible. I work with a trusted network of highly experienced babysitters and can arrange a qualified replacement if needed. You will always have the option to accept or decline the substitute.
